eMeat Rails

We build custom tubular and twin track meat rails systems to optimise hanging and storage. Our made to measure rails meet the highest hygiene standards in no small part because of the quality of the welding.

Meat Skid Hooks

We supply bespoke skids hooks made of steel, aluminium and stainless steel. If you need replacement hooks for your existing rails or what to upgrade to better quality hooks we can supply either.

Twin Track Roller

If you need new or replacement twin track rollers for aeriel work and the transporting of carcasses around your abattoir or butchers our rollers meet the current UK quality control standards. 

Pelt Puller

Our low maintenance pelt pullars make removing the final pelt from the hind flank area more efficient and the end result is better skin quality.

Auto Hock Cutter

If you are looking for easy to handle, lightweight, yet heavy duty, auto hock cutters we produce these for abattoirs across the country. Auto hock cutters are made to hang on the line to cut the hock automatically and then automatically knock the feet out of the attachment too.

Restrainers

Our restrainers are ideal for moving cattle, sheep and pigs around the abattoir for stunning and slaughtering with the minimal levels of stress to the animals as possible. Each restrainer is designed and built to meet your specific requirements using heavy duty steel frames and PVC belts. 

Bone Puller

Our bone pullers are made to order and are used in abattoirs. The standard of these pullers make it easier for our clients to remove the ribs as they need less effort. These products are easy to clean, easy to handle, robust items made to the highest standards.

Offal Trolley

Made and produced for the storage of raw offal produce our welded trolleys are ideal for steam cleaning thus making it easier for our clients to maintain high levels of cleanliness. 

Gut Blowers

We offer the design and fabrication of custom gut blowers for your abattoir, slaughterhouse or butchery. 

Deboning Conveyors

Whatever your requirements we can build custom deboning conveyor belts thus supporting your business to improve the levels of efficiency as you process carcasses through your plant. Our clients achieve maximum yields by using a conveyor belt for deboning compared to using fixed tables. We can advise you on the best design and identify areas of the process that you can improve further. Once manufactured we arrange installation of your new or upgraded conveyor belts and support you to integrate it with your other systems.
